Eligibility:  Only individuals residing in South Africa may participate as referrers. Businesses and organizations are not eligible

Definition of a Successful Referral:  A referral is considered successful when the referred client completes a full move with a total cost of R700 or more. Inquiries or partial moves below this amount do not qualify.

Referrer Name Requirement: To be eligible for a payout, the referrer's name must be explicitly mentioned in the quote request form or any other communication submitted to us before the move is booked. Referrals submitted after this stage will not qualify.

Payout Amount and Method:  Qualified referrers will receive a payout of R100.00, which will be processed via EFT only.

Payout Timing:  The referral payout will be made immediately after the final payment is received from the client for the completed move.

Dispute Resolution:  Any disputes regarding referrals or payouts will be handled through WhatsApp or email communication.

Program Modification and Termination:  This referral program is subject to change at any time. It is not a long-term agreement or SLA, and we reserve the right to modify, pause, or terminate the program at our discretion, without prior notice.
